Description
Self-awareness is developing an understanding of your emotions and feelings. In our workshop Improving Self-Awareness, participants will learn to improve upon their own self-control, reduce procrastination, and develop mood management strategies through various cognitive and learning styles. Participants will find strategies to improve their relationships and create a more fulfilling life, managing stress and increasing productivity all through improving self-awareness.

*This course pairs well with Improving Mindfulness, for individuals committed to self care and personal wellness
